Pipeir Terms of Service

Welcome to Pipeir, a social media platform where users can share content, express opinions, and engage with others through various forms of media. By accessing or using the Pipeir application (the "App"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), which govern your use of the platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Pipeir.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Pipeir, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including those who are browsing, posting content, interacting with others, and using the App in any other way.

2. Eligibility

To use Pipeir, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

By posting content on the platform, you grant Pipeir a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform and for promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the rights granted to Pipeir in this license.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
• Contains false, misleading, or defamatory statements.
• Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit.
• Invades the privacy of others.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

Pipeir reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate in its sole discretion.

5. Content Sharing and Interactions

You are responsible for the content you share on Pipeir. The App includes features that allow you to like, share, comment on, and engage with other users' content. You agree to interact with other users respectfully and not to engage in harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior.

6. Follow/Unfollow Feature

You can follow or unfollow other users on Pipeir. When you follow someone, you will receive updates on their content and activities. You can unfollow any user at any time, which will stop notifications of their activities from appearing on your feed.

7. Opinion Polls, Hashtags, and Discussions

Pipeir allows users to create and participate in opinion polls, discussions, and hashtag trends. You agree to use these features responsibly, ensuring that all content, opinions, and interactions remain respectful and within the boundaries of the law.

8. Donations and Fundraising

Pipeir may provide features that allow users to make donations or participate in fundraising campaigns. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and without expectation of any compensation. Pipeir is not responsible for the outcome of any donations or fundraising efforts, and users should exercise caution when participating in such activities.

9. Advertising

Pipeir may feature advertisements that are displayed to users. You acknowledge that advertisements are part of the App’s funding model. The content of the ads is controlled by third parties, and Pipeir does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of such content.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Pipeir for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or collect data from Pipeir without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
• Distribute unsolicited promotional messages or spam.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or cause it to be disabled.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials available on Pipeir, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, are the property of Pipeir or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use any content from the App without proper authorization.

12. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of Pipeir is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

14. Termination of Accounts

Upon termination, you may lose access to your account and any content you have posted. Termination of your account does not affect your obligations under these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipeir, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to content loss, interruption of service, or any other issues that may occur.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pipeir, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pipeir operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Pipeir shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or equivalent in your jurisdiction).

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pipeir concerning your use of the App.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
